How OHM Agency and Evido by Aitarget launched a fintech app in Africa and scaled to 106k installs

The Challenge That Scares Most

A fintech app focused on trading and investments. Target markets: African countries and select Asian regions. KPI: Cost Per Install with monetization built into the app mechanics.

Main Challenges

  • Meta heavily moderates anything finance-related β€” from creatives to ad copy
  • Risk of account bans when scaling β€” one wrong move = account suspended
  • Need for scalable install volume with controlled CPI
  • Operating in emerging markets with varying purchasing power

The project launched with OHM Agency β€” an agency with expertise in finance, gaming, and e-commerce. For infrastructure and safety, we brought in Evido by Aitarget.

Creative Strategy: What Worked

In fintech, you can't just "pump out" aggressive creatives. Every element goes through moderation. We built a safe but effective approach.

  • Value exchange β€” demo account, educational materials, test bonuses
